Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
Select Tools-> Accounts.
Click the "Mail" tab.
Click the "Add" button and then select "Mail"

Type your name besides "Display name".
Click the "Next" button.
TOP
Type your full email address provided by Vastcom Network Inc. besides "Email address".
Click the "Next" button.
TOP
Make sure the selection is POP3 at "My incoming server is a" "server".
Type the incoming mail server provided by Vastcom Network Inc. underneath "Incoming mail server".
Type the outgoing server provided by Vastcom Network Inc. underneath "Outgoing mail server".
Click the "Next" button.

Type in the full email address besides "Account name".
Type in the password of your email account.
Click the "Next" button.
TOP
Click the "Finish" button.
TOP
Click the "Properties" button.
TOP
Click the "Servers" tab.
Check "My server requires authentication".
Click the " Settings" button.
TOP
Make sure "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected.
Click the "OK" button.
TOP
Click the "Apply" button.
Click the "OK" button.
TOP
Click the "Close" button to complete.
