Open Microsoft Outlook .
	Select Tools -> Email Accounts.
	Select "Add a new e-mail account".
	Click the "Next" button.

	Select "POP3".
	Click the "Next" button.

	Type the name besides "Your Name".
	Type your full email address besides "E-Mail Address".
	Type your full email address besides "User Name".
	Type your password besides "Password".
	Type the incoming mail server provided by Vastcom Network Inc. besides "Incoming mail server (POP3)".
	Type the outgoing mail server provided by Vastcom Network Inc. besides "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)".
	Click the "More Settings" button.

	Click the "Outgoing Server" Tab.
	Make sure "My outgoing server requires authentication" is checked and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected.
	Click the "OK" button.
	Click the "Next" button when it returned to the previous screen.
