Do you offer technical support to customers?
Yes. We encourage our customers to send e-mail to support@vastcom.net or phone us at (905) 946-0141 during office hours with questions or concerns about their web site.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (Eastern Time). In the event our lines are busy, leave a voice message and we'll return the call right away.

Do you offer web page design services?
Yes. Vastcom can help you create the graphics and layout to enhance your corporate image. We will also help you promote awareness of your home page. For more info please contact support@vastcom.net.

Do you provide dial-up Internet access?
No, you will need to obtain your own local Internet access through an ISP (Internet Service Provider). Since we do not offer dial-up service, 100% of our bandwidth is dedicated to serving your pages, ensuring a high level of performance.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes. We host domains for our customers all over the world.

Will I have unlimited access to update my web pages?
Yes. Customers will be able to update their web pages 24/7 without any extra fees.

Do you offer adult hosting?
Yes.

Do you backup your servers?
Yes. We offer weekly backups for our Basic, Standard and Bronze services and daily backups for our Silver, Gold and Platinum services.

How does the billing process work?
We accept VISA and MasterCard only. Your card will be automatically billed at the start of every three months or you may pay in advance. If you decide to cancel, we will credit the outstanding balance back onto your credit card. Customers receive a 10% discount for advanced payments for 1 year.

Is there a discount if I pre-pay for any of the web hosting accounts?
Yes. If you pay for the account for the full year you receive a 10% discount!

Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Every time a new member joins Vastcom under your referral name, 15% of their start up (installation and first month's fee) total (before taxes) are given to you. It is credited towards your account. It's another way to save with Vastcom.

When your referees are applying, be sure that they note your referral account number in order for you to claim your rewards.

What kind of webhosting packages does Vastcom offer?
We offer 6 different packages and many customizable options. Detailed information about our packages, options and prices can be found on our Price List page.

Can I switch packages once I’ve paid?
You can change plan types at anytime by sending your request to support@vastcom.net or contacting our Customer Service Department. There are no fees applied to upgrades or downgrades.

What if I need more disk space for my files?
Your Vastcom account includes a certain amount of disk space depending on your service package. If you require more disk space but do not want to upgrade to a higher service package, you can add more disk space in increments of 5MB for an added cost of $5 per month. What if I need additional e-mail accounts?
Your Vastcom account includes a certain number of e-mail accounts depending on your service package. If you require more e-mail accounts but not want to upgrade to a higher service package, you can add more accounts for an added cost of $2 per account per month. How long does it take to process a new account?
Once your credit card information has been verified, your account will be set up and activated within one business day.

How do I place an order?
